I don't want you to just be a Boss,
I want you to be a LEADER

I started Be The Boss You Wish You'd Have Had as a place where I could document the lessons, mnemonic devices, experiences, and stories that bounce around in my mind and (I have been told) are remembered and used by others that I have tried to offer them to.

And now I want to offer them to you.

Maybe someday I will actually write them in the book I have been told I should write. But... for now, I will try to utilize this site and blog format and then we will see where it goes.
